1. Which liner material will best seal with my product? Tri-Seal has the broadest line of closure liner materials in the world and will be able to meet your sealing needs. Closure manufacturers have information on our product line and will be able to assist in the selection of a sealing material for your product. Information on your product is important in determining which liner is right for you.

2. How do I get Tri-Seal liner materials? Tri-Seal liner materials are used with plastic and metal closures and are provided lined inside closures by closure vendors.

3. Which closure manufacturers use Tri-Seal liner materials? Tri-Seal supplies closure liner materials to all closure manufactuerers. Please contact us if you need assistance in locating a closure vendor that uses Tri-Seal sealing products.

4. What type of liner materials does Tri-Seal make? Tri-Seal makes all types of liner materials for nearly every application. From the popular Tekni-Plex Sara Seal with pulp backing to PS 22; Foam Seal; F217; the induction heat seal product series "H5" and Tri Shield high barrier liner - we make them all. 5. What type of induction heat-seal liners does Tri-Seal make?
We make induction heat seal liners with one piece, two piece - pulp backed, two piece - foam backed - Tri Gard series. We offer weld bond, peel seals and "easy entry" sealing for plastic and glass containers. Let us know your requirements to determine which product should be tested.

6. Can I order punched disks made of Tri-Seal material? Yes, we have several sources for punched disks nand gaskets. Tri-Seal offers custom punching in the US and Europe. Call us and discuss your next project.

7. How do I work with Tri-Seal on new products? Closure vendors are the first contact of new product sealing solutions. They are the source for Tri-Seal liner materials that are lined in the caps used with your product. If you have special needs or are not able to get the right liner material from your closure vendor, please call and we can assist.

8. How do I know if I am getting Tri-Seal liner materials, such as PS 22 or F-217, in my caps? Please specify Tri-Seal liner materials on your orders to your closure vendor. They know how to get the right material to you from Tri-Seal. Call us if you need any help in getting Tri-Seal liner materials in your plasic or metal closures.

9. Can I specify Tri-Seal liners for my closures? Yes, many closures users specify Tri-Seal liner materials to meet their customer needs. Get the performance that you need and specify the right Tri-Seal liner material for your closures. Similar product names are not similar performing liners.

10. What other products does Tri-Seal Tekni-Plex manufacture? We offer lidding stock for blister packaging and flexible packaging for custom food, drug and specialty products. Please call us about our total capabilities.

11. What equipment is required the induction heat-seal process?
Specialized equipment is needed for induction heat sealing. If you require such equipment, you might want to try Enercon Industries or Lepel Corporation. Contact these companies for more information about their induction sealing systems.
